NexGen Management will provide a Service Manager who will be responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of the services from the suppliers contracted by the customer. This Service Manager will be responsible for working with the supplier(s), to validate and coordinate the required tasks to be performed under the terms of the contract. These tasks focus on the delivery of the services, task/issue resolution, risk mitigation and implementation service improvement programs.
The Service Management offering requires a 1 year minimum agreement. During this period we:
- Review service delivery quarterly with the supplying vendor.
- Conduct an annual review of service and business needs.
- Provide add-on project management.
- Recommend modifications to the service including: Service Level Agreements (SLA), contract compliance, security and performance software patches, validate that the escalation and notification process is current and supported.
- Provide a quarterly report on the delivery of the selected service(s).
