NexGen Management will coordinate with the primary point-of-contact (POC) for any project RFP or Proposal to agree on a work arrangement that is efficient and effective. The meetings, discovery, and analysis activities will be conducted at a variety of locations with some of them requiring access to the customer site or sites with a goal of limiting any personal intrusion on the customer contacts.
The focus of this offering is on delivering value for the services, which include identifying improvements in the design as well as enhancing the vendor delivery support plan. We will also focus on identifying potential cost savings based on a review of the financial structure of the proposal/RFP, implementation timeframes, check points and the Service Level Agreements.
NexGen Management will evaluate the proposal/RFP, perform a review of the design and validate the architecture by performing:
- Review of the network technology proposed.
- Review of the connectivity proposed.
- Review and validate the network infrastructure and application inventory.
- Validate that the network management systems and monitoring tools proposed will support the customer requirements.
- Validate that the customer network requirements and architecture design standards were adhered to.
- Validate the feasibility of the proposal with the design proposed.
At the conclusion of the review and analysis, we will provide a detailed summary and recommendations for the vendor selection.
