NexGen Management has three primary support areas that support an implementation, they include: Planning, Project Management and Operational Governance. We will provide the tactical planning for the implementation project using proven implementation methodology. Our focus is on quality for delivery of the new service being contracted.
To realize this we conduct the following:
- Pre-contract or Post-contract reviews and validation.
- Manage the full implementation for our customer.
- Validate that the implementation is successful and work with the vendor/supplier to keep the project on-time and on-budget.
- Identify and recommend modifications to the proposed service including Service Level Agreements (SLA), implementation timeframe, testing procedures, acceptance criteria, etc...
- Review and validate vendor/supplier adherence to terms of the contract. These tasks focus on project planning, project plan development, task/issue resolution, risk mitigation and client project facilitation in order to complete the project in a timely fashion.
Examples of Implementation Management:
- Team coordination to meet the project objectives.
- Validating and updating of the project plan.
- Weekly status reports/meeting minutes/issue logs.
- Scheduling changes/deviations.
- Scope changes/deviations.
- Develop customer-specific acceptance criteria.
- Manage and validate any recommended and approved modifications to the environment.
At the conclusion of the project, we will provide a detailed summary and analysis of the implementation project.
