Gregory W. Stewart

Greg is one of the founding Partners of NexGen Management LLC, and he is an Accredited Business Coach from the Institute for Independent Business, the Chairperson for the Technology Committee of the Morris County Chamber of Commerce and an active board member of the Mount Olive Area Chamber of Commerce.

Greg is an experienced Professional Services Executive and Entrepreneur with more than 30 years of global experience in client relations, human resource, team building, project management, outsourcing and account development in Sales, Operations, Marketing and Strategic Planning with organizations ranging from startups to FORTUNE 500 in both the Domestic USA and Global marketplace.

In 2005 he successfully turned-around and sold a retail business resulting in a growth in monthly sales of 20% over one year. He developed and directed a 75+ member cross-functional, multi-state team for a FORTUNE 500 company that achieved #1 ranking for client satisfaction, P&L performance, and account growth. This team generated over $90 million in revenue growth and retention .

Committed to continuing education in 2006, Greg completed his Masters Degree in Business Admnistration, in 2008 became a Certified Identity Theft Protection and Compliance consultant and in 2009 was certified in Incident Management I-100 and I-700.

In 2011 he was appointed to the Board of Examiners for the Baldridge National Quality Performance Excellence Program. The Baldrige Program's mission is to improve the competitiveness and performance of US based organizations (http://www.nist.gov/baldrige/ ) As an Examiner you complete training programs and reviews for an applicant which typically takes over 145 hours to complete.

2011 Graduate of Leadership Morris with the Morris County Chamber of Commerce. Leadership Morris is a highly regarded community education and leadership development program.
